Hand drawn text preset. Create that hand drawn look with any font or shape

Wiggly Preset:
This preset is one of those you need to see kind of things, But for the sake of this description, it creates a hand drawn wiggly animated look. This look is very popular and there are even animated typefaces that this is all it is, but with one fault, they only have one font type. MY preset will work on any font.
