03 - RealFlow 2013 : Maxwell and Movie Player

03 - RealFlow 2013 : Maxwell and Movie Player

RealFlow simulations often create large amounts of data and several hundreds of Gigabytes are quite normal with Hybrido fluids. Even with fast SSD devices it is not possible to play back the cached data in real-time. Therefore, RealFlow provides a preview function where all frames of a simulation are loaded and then recorded either as a series of viewport screenshots or a fully featured physical render. This tutorial shows you how to create these previews and explains how to adjust aspect ratios, add screen captions, use cameras, assign materials, and use RealFlow’s implementation of the Maxwell Render engine.

With RealFlow’s integrated preview tools you will be able to create impressive renders and high-quality movies from your simulations.
